Holy smokes. Have I been busy. Any who!
Today, I made lemon scones for brunch. The guests loved them.
The other HIT I made was Tortilla and Butternut Squash Soup from the New England Soup Factory cookbook. HOLY SMOKES! It is amazing! I have been using the Boston Organics for some home delivery, and the last order had the squash. My family doesn't like straight up squash, so I searched for a recipe that would "hide it."
FOUND IT!
The soup is amazing. I can't wait to eat it during the week too. What tasty leftovers.
